We are not looking for perfect CVs. We are looking for people who ask why.

We work on systems companies use every day. Nobody here watches someone else work: you touch things that go into production.

Why here

What we can honestly tell you

01

Real projects, not exercises

Systems used by hospitals, banks and factories. When something breaks, somebody notices, and that changes how you work.

02

Ownership early

We are a small team: nobody spends months watching. You start alongside someone and quickly end up carrying a piece on your own.

03

Agile, for real

Short cycles and clear objectives. If a meeting is not needed we do not hold it; if a choice turns out wrong we change it without a drama.

04

An informal place

People are on first-name terms, disagree openly and ask for help without preamble. Hierarchy is for deciding, not for talking.

05

Continuous training

Specialist skills are what we add: keeping them current is part of the job, not something to do in the evening.

Hiring

Four steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    We read your application

We reply to everyone, including when the answer is no. Usually within a week.

  2. 02

    A conversation

Half an hour to understand each other: what you have done, what interests you, what we do. No trick questions.

  3. 03

    A real problem

We look together at a case like the ones we deal with. We care about the reasoning, not the perfect answer.

  4. 04

    Offer

Terms, role and first project in writing, with time to think it over.
