B-Brave is a software consulting and design company. We started out to bring specific skills to the market and to build digital technology into business decisions, not alongside them.

We work with our clients to understand what they actually need and to deliver something built around it. That is not a pleasantry: it is why our analysis phase takes longer than most suppliers are willing to spend on it.
An efficient structure and technically well prepared people let us build tailored solutions without stretching the schedule. Continuous training, aimed at deepening specialist IT skills, is what we add on top.
We work with agile, goal-oriented processes: short production times and a concrete answer to each specific client need.

We deliver often and correct early, instead of discovering at the end that we had misunderstood.

Whoever works on a problem knows why it exists and what should change once it is solved.
An informal place
People talk to each other directly. Hierarchy is there to make decisions, not to filter questions.

Whoever builds something also looks after it after release. It is the fastest way to learn to build it well.
Where we are
From Lecce, with clients across Italy
Our office is in Puglia and we stay here by choice. Skills do not need to move north to be worth something, and remote work stopped being a compromise a long time ago.
